How can I download my invoices?

Bytescale sends email receipts immediately after processing each payment.

Receipts are issued by Paddle, our payment processor, and therefore come from an email address that ends with @paddle.com. Please make sure to check your spam folder and add @paddle.com to your whitelist if you have been charged but haven't received any receipts from us.

Adding your company name / VAT information:

To add your company name, click "View Receipt":

Next, click "Add address & VAT Number":

Upon completing these steps, your company name will be added to this receipt and all subsequent receipts.

If you include a VAT number, then this receipt and all subsequent receipts will be converted to VAT invoices.
