Can I cancel my plan?

Here's how to cancel your plan based on your current subscription status:

For Free Trial Users:

  1. Automatic Cancellation: If you're currently on a free trial, there's no need to worry about cancelling your plan. Our system will automatically cancel your trial after 14 days, and no further action is required if you decide not to continue with a paid plan. Please note that after your trial is cancelled, your account and associated files will be deleted as per Bytescale's internal scheduling.
  2. Early Account Deletion: If you wish to cancel your trial early to delete your files and data from Bytescale's system ahead of the automatic cancellation, you can do so using the "Delete your account" form available in the "Settings" page of the Bytescale Dashboard. This option gives you full control over your data and ensures that it is removed from our servers promptly.

For Paying Customers:

  1. Plan Cancellation: Paying customers can cancel their plan via the "Billing" page in the Bytescale Dashboard.
  2. Account Deletion: Alternatively, paying customers have the option to cancel their plan by deleting their account. To do this, simply navigate to the "Settings" page of the Bytescale Dashboard and locate the "Delete your account" option. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the account deletion process. Please note that upon account deletion, all associated files and data will be permanently removed from our system.
