How do I upgrade?
Upgrading your Bytescale plan is a straightforward process. Whether you're on a free trial or already a paying customer, we've got you covered.
For Paying Customers:
- Standard Plans: Paying customers can upgrade to any off-the-shelf Bytescale Plan at any time through the "Billing" page of the Bytescale Dashboard.
- Enterprise Plans: You can request a limit increase at any time by reaching out to our friendly sales team.
Did you know: Enterprise Plans are very affordable and come with flexible monthly and yearly subscription options to suit everyone's needs.
For Free Trial Users:
- Switch Plans: Free trial users have the flexibility to switch between plans during their trial period at no additional cost. Simply navigate to the "Billing" page of the Bytescale Dashboard and click on "Switch Plans." From there, select "Upgrade Plan" next to the desired plan tier, and you're all set to enjoy the enhanced features and resources.
- Limits: Please note that certain features on free trial plans may have lower limits compared to their paid counterparts. For instance, your CPU allocation during a free trial may be less than what is offered on a paid plan. If you notice any disparities between the limits listed on the pricing page and those in your account settings, particularly while on a free trial, this is the reason behind it.
